Refund policy
We have a NO REFUNDÂ policy due to the nature of these items. There is absolutely no EXCHANGES , however, If we assess the issue and decide to give credit to the issue , a "refund" is given in the form of STORE CREDIT ,or a REPLACEMENTÂ

you can contact us at Orderup@sessionkustomkreationz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a gift card, primary purchasers email used to purchase the original item. If you are Missing an Item and we can verify that you never recieved it , we will Issue a Refund in the form you used to pay the original order. In some cases we will be able to 3rd party (cashapp, Zelle, Applepay) pay you right away.
Applying Credit . Credits can be used on In House Production ONLY. We offer a wide variety of things. Most of which we produce in our shop. However, We do offer services that are produced through a vendor. These items for example are Backdrops, Grave Blankets, Jackets, Shoes, Bags etc . We will not accept credit for these , or any like items produced through a vendor.Â
Credits Can Be applied January - October Months Only!! Although your credits will NOT expire, we can NOT accept credits in the last two months of the year. Unfortunately these are our least active months, in order to stay affluent in business, we can Not accept credits these months only. Â
